Cover Print the cover page, containing the page title, author and last modification date.

Table of Contents List headings at the beginning of the PDF document, usually right after the cover page.

Header Header displayed on each page

Footer Footer displayed on each page

Comments Include page comments at the end of the PDF document, usually before the image attachments.

Image attachments Print image attachments at the very end of the PDF document.
